The considerable quantity of old tyres which are produced every year across the world forces us to search for solutions which enable us to recycle this waste (nowadays more correctly known as reusable waste material) in an economic and environmentally-friendly manner.
Old tyre dumps, such as those in Mexico which burn for years and years, represent a huge and uncontrollable hazard to the environment and emit tonnes of greenhouse gases every day.
In this context, old tyres represent a raw material source from which steel, rubber granulate and textiles can be extracted. Rubber granulate can be used in sports facilities for running tracks, artificial turf pitches or children's playgrounds in addition to the manufacture of mats or injection moulding-capable thermoplastic elastomers which enable a high level of value creation. Furthermore, more and more roads and motorways the world over are being constructed using asphalt modified with bitumen (known as rubber or low-noise asphalt), which has higher thermal characteristics and strengths. It also enables up to 30% of bitumen quantities to be saved, which means that 30% of the costs are saved at the same static properties.
Modern processes for the processing of old tyres also promise an even higher level of environmental compatibility and energy savings during treatment. We at No-Waste-Technology can implement tyre processing equipment which meets these requirements. In this context, we are continually broadening our knowledge so that we can achieve the optimum for our customers. We look forward to hearing from you. >> Contact
